Runtime install error : INS0029

i use 10g database server in another machine and have OWB 10g in this computer.

i use "rapsitory asistan"
it gives first a warning before start creating the rapository and after it starts and comes nearly %5 it gives the error INS0029

after i run rapository ast.
i select,
- create a new warehouse builder rapository
it gives a warning;
wrong number 1
the installer programe notice that the initilization parameter 'enqueue_resources' of the database orcl is set to 968 the recommenden value of owb is 3000

and i continue;
when it comes %5 it gives that error:
INS0029:Error occured during installation . Check the log file c:..reposassts/log.txt for details.
