runregion.jsp file not found error in Oracle Jdev 10.1.3.5.0

Hi,
I am using Oracle Jdev 10.1.3.5.0 I tried running a HelloWorldPG.xml from tutorial with giving all required information like placing .dbc file and database connections. I even tried creating new OAF page but still it shows the same problem. I tried making changes in Embedded OC4J server to local IP address also. Please help me if you know the solution to solve this problem.
