Running weblogic server on ADF 12.2.1.4.0 gives The system cannot find the file .globalEnv.propertie

Dear All,

I have recently installed ADF version 12.2.1.4.0 on windows 8.1 Pro

When I run any jsp page or try to start Web logic server I get an error, which states:

wlst > The system cannot find the file D:\Oracle1\oui\bin\..\.globalEnv.properties.

wlst > ERROR: Unable to locate property "JAVA_HOME" in properties file D:\Oracle1\oui\bin\..\.globalEnv.properties

I checked and the file (.globalEnv.properties) is located at the location D:\Oracle1\oui.

I tried to copy the file at location D:\Oracle1\oui\bin But same error occurs.

Please help to resolve the problem.
