Running the Agent/iBot when the Data Load finishes

Hi Gurus,

Whenever Data load is finished, there is a table wherein a record gets inserted for that day with column having creation_time having timestamp .

Now the requirement is that as soon as this data load is finished i want to run the ibot/agent and that too just once.

Note: I cannot use informatica or DAC to achieve this.
