Running root.sh during clusterware install fails
579692May 27 2008 — edited May 28 2008Attempting to set up Clusterware/RAC for the first time. Running into a problem running root.sh after the clusterware installation.
I get the following output.
sh root.sh

Checking to see if Oracle CRS stack is already configured
Setting the permissions on OCR backup directory

Looking at the log for root.sh, I see the following.
Oracle Database 10g CRS Release 10.2.0.1.0 Production Copyright 1996, 2005 Oracle. All rights reserved.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
