Running RMAN backup for Windows from Unix server using Veritas Net Backup

Hello DBA's,

I am trying to schedule RMAN backup for Windows server from Master server (SOLARIS 10 Platform) using Veritas Net backup Policy.

Now I have CMD files on windows. Where I am configuring them in Policy . But backup fails with error "failed trying to exec a command (29)"

Now I fill backup fails only bcz. the Unix is not able to run CMD file that I configured in policy.

Please tell me what should be my file type for these scripts, like batch files etc.
And how should I create them for Full , Incremental (Cumulative & Differential ) Backups. As I want to set the Policy for them in VERITAS NETBACKUP on Master server which is on SOLARIS platform.

Is there any website where I can get the Sample scripts for same.
