Running multiple jobs

Hi,

I have over than 300 jobs and I want to run it in groups rather than run each job individually. How can I do that?

I tried to add it intoOne job as triggers on multiple phases, but when I run the job all the jobs on all the phases ran at the same time then the server restarted.
