Running Multiple files and saving Script Output to files

807887Nov 18 2010 — edited Nov 22 2010
I'm pretty new to SQLDeveloper and am not aware of its advanced features. I'm trying to get some help here to make my task easier.

Here is what I am trying to do:
Run a large number of .sql files individually and save the results of each to a file.

Is there any feature in SQLDeveloper that allows me to do this?

I know this is being wishful, but it would be awesome if the output file was in an excel format :P

On a more serious note though, can SQLDeveloper be run from command prompt? We could maybe write a batch file to execute it then.

Waiting for help on this.
