Running impdp command, getting error: UDI-00013: Message 13 not found;

Just installed XE 11.2

I'm trying to run the impdp command, but am getting the following error:

UDI-00013: Message 13 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=UDI
UDI-00019: You may need to set ORACLE_HOME to your Oracle software directory

I have set the ORACLE_HOME folder, so I am uncertain what the issue is. I am running RedHat 6, 64bit for my OS.

Any help/insight would be appreciated.
