Running Forms independent of Form Builder

Hi All,

i'm new to using oracle, so i apologise if this may sound like a stupid question.

i was wondering how you can run an oracle form without having to open form builder. Is it possible to do so?

I haven't been able to find any similar thread in the forum, so could anyone tell me or point me to a tutorial/faq with instructions?
