Running Discoverer reports using PL/SQL?

I was wondering if it would be possible to run a Discoverer report by using PL/SQL to call the report. Hopefully so that I could create a procedure and run it as a concurrent program from Oracle Apps.

If this is possible please let me know, any alternatives or other ideas would also be welcome if it's not possible.
