I write for the following reasons: I was trying to run the command yum update from an ssh connection with the Oracle Linux 6.7 Virtual machine, but I got the error below.
[root@localhost etc]# yum update
Loaded plugins: refresh-packagekit, security, ulninfo

Trying other mirror.
