running a jsp via a bat file ?????

Yup you read right, I'm wondering if it is even possible to run a jsp page via a call from a .bat file and if you can, how do you do it?

I think I already know the answer (most likely "no") but before I start converting the JSP to a java application, I thought I'd ask the Guru's :)
