runmobileserver domain not created

Hi
I installed weblogic server.
After that I installed database mobile server 11g.

I tried to startup runmobileserver . it shows the following message

[orasoa@mysoa bin]$ ./runmobileserver
./runmobileserver: line 27: /u01/app/Middleware/wlserver_10.3/../user_projects/domains/mobileserver/bin/startWebLogic.sh: No such file or directory

Can I manually create the domain for mobile server.

Installation of mobile server shows successfully created.
