runInstaller was stopping on progress 95%. AIX 7.1 Oracle 11.2.0.1

AIX 7.1
Oracle 11.2.0.1 SE

Use the "runInstaller", I have implemented the installation, progress is stopped at 95%.

It has become to remain stopped about an hour from here, nothing problem does not also appear on log file.
The attachment is a picture of the situation that has stopped.

Please tell me what's going on.
