Runing script from SQL Developer without opening the script

Hi I have exported some table into an insert script and I got pretty big file - 186 MB -> 1123380 table rows.
Now I want to run this script, but the file is too big to open in sql developer.
Is there any option like runing script from file (without opening the script in sql developer)?
