I have an interactive report for which query can take some time. I wish for user to read description and be aware of what report returns before initiating report through Run button.
To date I have achieved through
Report region is conditional on hidden field being not null
Dynamic action click on button which populates hidden field and submits page
This works okay, but if leave page and return to page in same session the hidden field is still populated and thus report region will run and be displayed. At this point I would like it to be like at start, ie hidden field not populated and thus report region not displayed.
Question is how to clear hidden field when re-enter page
Or any other ideas how to achieve general concept.
