Run Oracle developer tools for VS code without admin right

Hi,

I have installed Oracle developer tools for VS code on windows 10 and also installed .net core runtime, but it is impossible to run it without admin right on my computer. when I start it, without run as Administrator VS code, I get this issue:

Oracle Developer Tools for VS Code: Cannot call write after a stream was destroyed

and

Oracle Developer Tools for VS Code: write EPIPE

It work perfectly when I run it as Administrator
