RUN LOAD PLAN AND THIS WAITING FOR EVER I CAN'T RESTART THE LOAD PLAN

Hello

I have problem to execute a Loadplan, when i execute the load plan this waiting for something forever and if i want to restart i can't send me the :

ODI-1509: Load Plan Instance 849 cannot be restarted because the previous run (1) status "Waiting" is not in "Error" status.

when i open the load plan show me this error

1 -oracle.odi.domain.runtime.lpi.OdiLoadPlanInstanceStepRunScenario cannot be cast to oracle.odi.domain.runtime.lpi.OdiLoadPlanInstanceStepSerial.

2 -No component is returned for: TableSteps.
