Run job/refresh materialized view at the specific time!

Hello,

what is the best method tu use when i want to run a job which refreshes a materialized view.

When user clicks some button, i want to refresh materialized view next day at 1:00 am. Only once.

Please suggest me best methods to achieve that. Thanks in advance.
