run forms12c blocked by IE 11

Hi,

I have installed The Forms 12c (12.2.1.1.0) with the infrastructure (fmw_12.2.1.1.0_infrastructure.jar),

all on the Windows 10/64 bit client machine.

The browser I am using is IE 11 in the Forms builder preferences,  runtime.

Running  the Form

The address in the browser is

http://comp1.domain1.com:9001/forms/frmservlet

The prompt message:

Internet Explorer blocked this website from installing an ActiveX control     What is the risk?      Install

After activating   Install

The new message:

Internet Explorer Add-on Installer - Security Warning

Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher.

Name : forms/

publisher: Unknown Publisher

To help protect your computer, Windows will block software when it cannot verify the publisher.

To change ActiveX settings

1.In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button , and then select Internet options.

2.On the Security tab, select Custom level, and then under ActiveX controls and plug-ins, do one the following:

Allow Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls by selecting Enable.

Allow Internet Explorer to Display video and animation on a webpage that doesn't use external media player by selecting Enable.

Allow Internet Explorer to Download signed ActiveX controls by selecting Enable, or Prompt if you want to be notified each time this happens.

Allow Internet Explorer to Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins by selecting Enable, or Prompt if you want to be notified each time this happens.

Allow Internet Explorer to Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting by selecting Enable, or Prompt if you want to be notified each time this happens.

3.Select OK, and then select OK again.

Applying all this, without any results in activating the Form Java plugin , Any help I will appreciate any help.
