I'm migrating an app from forms & reports 11g to forms & reports 12c , and some things we were doing with mod_plsql now I'm taking them to ords.
Now I have this email that is sent from database plsql , which has inside a link for the user. The link was used to run a report and show it on the browser.
My idea is to replicate this with rest, so I was thinking of doing a rest service to call the report (with SRW package, as in mod_plsql) , but I've realized that maybe I can cut that and call the report directly from rest, with no need to go to database plsql … Any advice on how to link ords rest and oracle reports?
