Ruby On Rails

I recently attended a Dr. Dobb's software conference and James Martin of ObjectMentor, besides giving a great seminar on Bad Code, stated that Ruby/Rails is going to hit the big time in the next couple of years. It supposedly offers a 10 fold increase in productivity over the time to develop a similar application in Java. Is this on any of your radar screens yet?
