RTF template repeat text on each page

Hi,

I have a requirement to repeat state on each page wherever data for the state breaks accorss pages (I cannot include state in table header)

state-->A
table1-rows 1to10-page1
State -->A
table1-rows 10-20-page 2

Currently my report layout is:

state-->A
table1-rows 1to10-page1
table1-rows 10-20-page 2

Can anyone please help me.
