RTF Template in Word missing image

Hi All,

Using BI Publisher 10.1.3.2 and Microsft Word I created a template in word with a company logo on it.
When I upload the RTF to APEX and pushed it out in PDF it works fine but when I try to push it out with Word, Excel or HTML the image disappears.
What am I missing?
