RTE Messages

Hi,

We are currently working on the RTE configuration then sending the event through JMS messages.

Event and configuration is flowing smoothly from JDE E1 to WebLogic JMS Queue.

We would then like to inquire if there's a signaling system, alert, trigger, or something that is configured in JMS queue that would inform the subscriber that there are new messages?

Or does the subscriber (mostly third party application) needs to constantly sync/ monitor the messages for new ones?
