RT-5383 - RT-14161

Hi all, I had a bug with arabic character rendering, I submitted these issue to "jira" at "http://javafx-jira.kenai.com/", then jira says that "Support for Arabic Characters depends on RT-5383", how can I benifit from this RT-5383, I want to fix this bug in my development environment.
