rsync to push updated file

Hi experts,

I am quite new with DB and forum,

I have 10g DB on aix 5.3, heaving DR of the DB.

rsync is running normal, tested that one.

Requirement is :
1. copy whole dir say ABC from primary to dr site.
2. copy only updated file from primary to DR site.

Please suggest the syntax, i am not able to get it from google properly.
