RSUM not working

Hi experts

I have a report with the following columns, and want to have a running sum by agent.

Date (day)
Agent
Volume - in BMM defined as SUM(Volume)
Running sum RSUM(Volume by Agent)

However the running sum does not work - it just displays the same number as the Volume column?

Any help appreciated
