RSS feed implementation in APEX

Hi all,

I'm trying to implement RSS (Really Simple Syndicate) feed in the APEX .
There's a page which shows data from the table in the database. The RSS feed has to reflect changes made to the database. Like if any data is added to the Database any RSS reader subscribed to the RSS feed should get updated with the content.
I'm not sure how to start with and there is little help available. Please help.
