RSA encryption problem

I tried to make an RSA Encryption but I have two problems :
first : when I 'm trying to encrypt english text and decrypt it , the decrypted text is the same as the origional text plus some symbols like : u'xST§9qأçـٌI®ـ°½گًہgآ©"Yًاl-µ~¨گZ¼¢ِجAضgï=r>VgGنPUچµ`:C0كإ>m#ظO×ك'ûcظ?ü~ة$¹f¥ضçôO4,ئLKgICر¼ؤ´¶يڈo[،صêُ

second: when I'm trying to encrypt an Arabic text the program throws an Exception javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: Message is larger than modulus

can anybody tell me , why is this ?
