rpmbuild failing Redhat 7

rpmbuild -ba /scratch/emga/upg0326/mw/install/rpm/oracle_agt.spec --target x86_64 failing with ERROR: No build ID note found

Internally the following command failing...

/usr/lib/rpm/find-debuginfo.sh --strict-build-id -m --run-dwz --dwz-low-mem-die-limit 10000000 --dwz-max-die-limit 110000000 /usr/lib/oracle/BUILD/agent

Tried the following..

1.Added

%define debug_package %{nil} in the spec file

2. disable strict build id then it failing with ERROR:same build ID in nonidentical files

please guide me on this it's happening on Redhat 7
