RPE-01003 and ORA-20003 message

My mapping successfully inserted all the rows in my source table into my fact table but OWB still gave me the errors:
"RPE-01003: An infrastructure condition prevented the request from completing." and
"ORA-20003: The object is not in a valid state for the requested operation ORA-06512: at "RTREPOS.WB_RTI_EXCEPTIONS", line 94 ORA-06512: at "RTREPOS.WB_RTI_SERVICE_EXECUTION", line 195 ORA-06512: at "RTREPOS.WB_RT_SERVICE_CONTROL", line 167 ORA-06512: at line 1 ". Pls can anybody explain what these errors imply?
