Rownum reset at data change

Hi,

i have data like this

rownum col1
1 1
2 1
3 2
4 2
5 2
6 2

and i wanna to reset rownum at every change of col1 like this

rownum col1
1 1
2 1
1 2
2 2
3 2
4 2

How i could achieve that?
