Row Validation on an Tabular Form using Ajax

i am trying to create a java-script confirm dialog box for Tabular form..

When user tries to insert a new row with same Ename and Job which already exists in table and once they press the button to process, I need to check via ajax whether the data exists or not. If it exists, immediately present the user with a Confirmation "Do you want to proceed by adding same Ename and Job.
