"Row Span" for regions in APEX 5

Hi,

this is most likely a stupid beginners question, but I do not see how to solve it:

I want to arrange several regions on a forms page so that one region appears at the side of several other ones. Let's say I have three regions A, B, and C. I want to arrange them similar to

                         A  C

                         B  C

Any hint how to achieve this layout in the new Universal Theme is really appreciated.
