We are using APEX APEX 18.2.0 with PATCH 28727865 on RDBMS 19.3 with various web browsers.
During testing we didn't see in DBA_HIST_ACTIVE_SESS_HISTORY: -
enq: TX - row lock contention
INSERT INTO WWV_FLOW_COLLECTIONS$ VALUES (:B1 ,:B2 ,:B3 ,:B4 ,:B5 ,:B6 ,:B7 ,:B8 )
The length of time these locks are held is negligible but the frequency is worrying,outside of the hours of greatest access to the system,
but in the hours of greatest transactionability there are claims of slowness and timeout from the application.
Can anyone anyone help with a diagnosis and/or cure for this please?
