Row Count Options

Hi Team,

I am using SQL Developer Version 3.2.20.09 in this there is option will execute the query to count the rows and it while show the
pop up message with count of records , next to pop message we have options to copy records count some time is working and some time is not working.

most of time it will copy the wrong count ,what may the reason for this... please guide as.
