Rounding issue on exporting Web Query for Excel

Using Disco Viewer, I'm encountering this strange rounding issue. For any of our costs data that has values equal to or greater than 10,000.00, the excel output rounds the decimal to the nearest 10th and in some cases even rounds the dollar. there doesn't seem to be a pattern to the rounding other than it only does it for values 10,000 or greater.

has anyone encountered this?
