Hi Experts,
we are working in a process and we defined a group of users. A human task in a process is assigned to a group. The owner of the group, login into workspace and go to Preferences -> Rules. He creates a Group Rule for the
group and set the assignment to Round Robin. When new instances are created, they are not assigned to users of the group in round robin fashion. All users in the group can see the new instances in their inbox.
do know why? We are working with PS6. Is a bug? Is there a workaround?
