Rotation of Log files in Oracle10g Application server

Hi

We have oracle 10g app. server installed on windows 2003. i would like to know how to clear or rotate logs the Logs in (Apache, oc4j_home,portal,forms,opmn,sysman,webcache). Do i have to stop all the components and delete the log files or is there any other way to rotate the log files
without stopping the components. Can anyone guide me the best way to do this and which are the log files that has to cleared or rotated.
