Rotate Stacked Bar Chart Labels

Hello. I'm using Oracle APEX 23.1.2 and have a stacked bar graph in horizontal layout. I need to add labels to each bar, but because of the requisite width of the region, I need these labels to be rotated vertically.

As is visible here, the horizontal labels do not display appropriately. The appropriate things are displaying, I just need to rotate them 90 degrees to make them visible. How can I do this?
