Rotate Function?

OK, now that I have the move function down (I'll upload another version tomorrow that can deal with the LL N/S resizing issue, at least for 8307), I'm looking for sample code (or any web posts) for vector rotations to create another function to do this for Oracle Spatial. I understand the basic concepts, but am not sure what algorithm should be employed to work quickly with SDO objects. Most of the code out there seems to deal with raster rotations...
