‘ROracle’ is not installed for 'arch = i386'

Successfully downloaded ROracle_1.1-11.zip and installed as local zip file.

But got below error when loading:

> library(ROracle)

Error: package ‘ROracle’ is not installed for 'arch = i386'

Any idea what might be wrong?

With Windows 7, 32-bit, Intel Core i5.
