root.sh script execution failed during grid infrastructure installation

Dear all,

I am going to install oracle 11g grid infrastructure, everything was going fine but root.sh script is not running properly. Same error is reported in both nodes.

Oracle grid infrastructure version : 11.2.0.4

Please give me what to do, i stuck here.
