Sorry for double posting ( I posted on the general forum ) but I think the problem belongs more on this forum - I hope.

When I do a df -k I get the following

Filesystem kbytes used avail capacity Mounted on
/dev/dsk/c1t0d0s0 4534630 4459330 29954 100% /
/devices 0 0 0 0% /devices
ctfs 0 0 0 0% /system/contract
proc 0 0 0 0% /proc
mnttab 0 0 0 0% /etc/mnttab
swap 2020256 620 2019636 1% /etc/svc/volatile
objfs 0 0 0 0% /system/object
/dev/dsk/c1t0d0p0:boot
11412 1503 9909 14% /boot
/usr/lib/libc/libc_hwcap2.so.1
4534630 4459330 29954 100% /lib/libc.so.1
fd 0 0 0 0% /dev/fd
swap 2019892 256 2019636 1% /tmp
swap 2019660 24 2019636 1% /var/run
/dev/dsk/c1t0d0s7 65443779 6706844 58082498 11% /export/home
/export/home/can 65443779 6706844 58082498 11% /home/can

the root partition seems to have the exact numbers as the /lib/libc.so.1

does anyone have any ideas, I am not a sysadmin and I have no ideas on this

Cheryl
