root directory not writable, chmod permission not working Oracle Cloud 8,9

i am trying to install a wordpress, osclass on oracle linux 8 or 9 and i tried installing it on both with amd cpu shape, intel cpu shape, ampere one cpu shape nothing seems to work at all.

  • downloads folder has to be writable, i.e.: chmod 0755 /var/www/html/oc-content/downloads/
  • languages folder has to be writable, i.e.: chmod 0755 /var/www/html/oc-content/languages/
  • Root folder has to be writable, i.e.: chmod 0755 /var/www/html/
  • PHP version 7.2 or higher
  • PHP version 8.1 or lower
  • CURL extension for PHP
  • MySQLi extension for PHP
  • GD extension for PHP
  • Folder oc-content/uploads exists
  • oc-content/uploads folder is writable
  • Folder oc-content/downloads exists
  • **oc-content/downloads** folder is writable
  • Folder oc-content/languages folder exists
  • **oc-content/languages** folder is writable
  • Root directory is writable
  • config-sample.php file exists

all these bold lines showing in the osclass and wordpress showing lots of errors.

i tried chmod 0775, 0755, 0777, 2775 and so on but nothing seems to work, when i see the ls -lg it showing all
