Workflow / API calls / Expected Result:
Attempting to schedule CT appointments. Performed testing with client and noticed that appointment is being scheduled randomly within any ‘Room’ at the imaging location, but client wants appointment to be scheduled to specific ‘Room’.
Example Post/Appointment Request Using Test Patient and to Location:
%{ "body" => %{ "comment" => "https://app.blockitnow.com/referrals/XXXX\r\n\r\nOrdering Provider\r\nprovider name: \"Blockit Test\"\r\nprovider npi: \"1\"\r\n\r\nInsurance Information\r\n\r\nid: \r\ngroup id: \r\nnetwork: \r\nplan name: \r\nplan id: \r\n\r\nBooked with blockitnow.com\r\n", "participant" => [ %{ "actor" => %{ "display" => "ZZZPROD, March", "reference" => "Patient/1587073" }, "status" => "accepted" } ], "resourceType" => "Appointment", "slot" => [%{"reference" => "Slot/11874164-1120010-147592181-150"}], "status" => "booked" }, "headers" => %{ "Accept" => "application/json", "Authorization" => "<REMOVED>", "content-type" => "application/json" }, "method" => "post", "query" => %{}, "status" => nil, "url" => "https://fhir-ehr.cerner.com/r4/XXXX/Appointment" }
Is there a way to obtain a Room ID or Participant ID that can be used in the Post/Appointment request? That would allow for booking into specific room not just overall location.
Tried looking for room id using Get/Locations {{generic_baseurl}}{{emr_source_id}}/Location?organization=XXXX&-physicalType=ro
