Rollback Segment error

I am facing the following error,when i checked alert log file..
Errors in file /dev_oracle/local/MCR1LIMT/bdump/smon_50864_mcr1limt.trc:
ORA-01595: error freeing extent (1) of rollback segment (0))
ORA-01594: attempt to wrap into rollback segment (0) extent (1) which is being freed

The RBS Tablespace has the following Extent Storage paramater
Initial Size = 4 M
Next Size = 2 M
Optimal Size = 20 M
Minimum Number = 1
Maximum Number = 32765
Could anybody suggest which are the parameter to change ..?to avoid the error
