robocopy command

Can anyone please tell me, what does the below command does?

robocopy E:\RMAN\ORCL\ArchLog\ AL E:\RMAN\ORCL\ToTape /COPY:DAT /R:3 /NP /NJH /XO /MAXAGE:1
